Dear Mark and all the Staff,

We would like to thank you so much for the way you have looked after our mum since she arrived in your care. You have done an amazing job of preparing her beautifully for us to say our goodbyes and these beautiful memories will last with us forever thanks to all of you. 

We have used other funeral directors in the past but have found you provide a very special service. Mark has shown compassion at all times and guided us every step of the way, making this very difficult time so much easier.
